Order Acceptance

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, StickerQuick.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. StickerQuick.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, StickerQuick.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or reimburse you for the amount of the incorrect price.  If both the customer and StickerQuick.com agree to continue processing the order after an error has been realized, the customer will be either credited or reimbursed for the difference if the correction results in a lower purchase price.

Policies
No Returns on Custom Orders unless defective. Call, email or write for authorization within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Any items returned without authorization will not be credited or returned. Return the carton by UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Mark the authorization number on the outside of the carton returned. NO COD RETURNS. All returns subject to inspection before credit is given. GIFT CERTIFICATES AND GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Shipping
StickerQuick.com ships via US Postal Service, Priority Mail as well as UPS for domestic shipping and Priority Mail Global Guaranteed Service for international shipping. Shipping service may vary without notice and is the sole decision of StickerQuick.com . Shipping charges for International orders will calculated after the order is generated, customer will be notified and order held until approval is received.

Customs and Import Duties Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Application Difficulties
StickerQuick.com is not liable for any damages due to improper decal application, surface preparation or storage of items.  If you are unsure if you will be able to apply a product purchased from us, contact your local sign shop.

Returned Checks
In the event a check is returned due to insufficient funds, StickerQuick.com employs a returned check collection service and your check writing privileges with StickerQuick.com will be revoked.  In the event your check is identified as having insufficient funds, the amount of the check will no longer be due StickerQuick.com, payment will be due to the check collection service as well as a service charge designated by the check collection service.  All future collection efforts, from that point, will be made by this service as well.  The efforts of this collection service, in many circumstances, may adversely affect your credit rating.
